да, это точно дело в nginx, потому что даже при установке новой чистой джумлы в каталоге /var/www/site3 с той же конфигурацией nginx в sites-enabled (за исключением пути корневого каталога и 82 порта) - логотип не прогружается, потому что не хватает /installation/ в начале ссылки на него
