Hello . The site has an HTML player, I want to replace it with Flash Player from Uppod. But here is the problem, the HTML player normally plays the video and there were no problems with playback, but if you install Flash Player, it does not start broadcasting the video until the video is fully loaded, what could be the matter? Flash Player is dead. Use HTML5 Video

normal mp4 starts playing only after it is fully loaded, so they cut it into chunks and give you a playlist of pieces
