When deleting a file/folder, do I need to refresh the folder/desktop to make it disappear?

Windows 10 LTSB x64 1607
Good evening, I recently noticed such a bug if you delete / copy / cut the file somewhere,
then you need to update the folder from where / where I copied it so that the information on it is updated
Google advised to reset the folders, it helps but only
temporarily after a reboot or sleep, come across this problem
. There are no such problems in the new account.
Who knows why this is so?
The question is current. Because my answer is essentially a compromise/crutch

I would advise you to make a a test.ru subdomain, and set up your own configuration for it

The only answer that helped

In "Computer" - "Network Location" you need to remove non-working shortcuts.
After that the problem disappeared.

I checked it 2 times, I can say with confidence that due to inaccessible remote folders (for example, I turned off the file cleaner), such a problem arose

This is for windows 7, but you can try it yourself:
1) Locate and highlight the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
2) On the Edit menu, select New and then click DWORD Value.
3) Type NoSimpleNetIDList and press ENTER.
4) From the Edit menu, select Edit.
5) Enter 1 and click OK.
