Is it possible to debug a Bus Simulator 2008 game that crashes even on a WinXP emulator?

Bus Simulator 2008 crashes in Win10 x64, as well as in Win7 x64 and WinXP x86 running through the VMware 16 emulator.
Crashes when loading the game engine, the game menu is shown. Win10 and WinXP crash without error. In Win7, it either swears at D3D_OUTOFMEMORY, then at D3D_OUTOFVIDEOMEMORY. There is a lot of free memory.

Is the game irretrievably outdated or is it possible to cure it? I want to remember my childhood :)

Install DirectX 9.0c .
If it doesn't help - EXTRA! enable compatibility mode with an older version of Windows in the game launch shortcut.
