Is it possible to connect two offices to use a white IP?

There are two offices, one with a white one, the second with a gray IP from one provider. Is it possible to connect them to the same local network and share a white IP?

Perhaps you just set up a vpn server in the office with a white ip and set up a vpn client on a router with a gray ip and you're done

Another option, since both offices are connected to the same provider, the provider for a fee on its own can organize l2 for you within its network (then you won’t need anything at all)
