How and what to learn on networks?
About six months ago, I became seriously interested in networks.
Now I have reached the point where I can easily deal with setting up "home" routers, I understand Mikrotik a little, I feel free in unix systems, I know tcp / ip and other protocols at the initial level, I partly set up small servers and equipment.
The question is how to develop further? Interested in serious network equipment like Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, I would really like to study it, at least at the level of some Cisco Packet Tracer. I know about Cisco NetAcad courses, can you recommend any of them?

For cisco I can advise "Networks for the smallest" . Excellent course. They also have their own website , where there are a lot of interesting things and not only cisco. Also, INE has excellent rates for both cisco and june.
PS In the packet tracer, you will encounter many bugs, for a start you will get away, then look towards GNS3 and Eve-ng. They have the ability to virtualize both cisco and mikrotik and dzhuniper and linux server. For huawei, it's better to use eNSP
