Why TOR scripts are not included?

Sending messages does not work on my site G. In different ways, in one half of the cases, the message is simply not sent, and in the other half of the cases, the message page does not open at all. I wrote to the site moderator via the feedback form, he told me to enable the scripts. I fiddled with the browser settings for a long time and once I managed to send a message, but then the same thing. And still I can't send them.
I turned off the "NoScript" add-on and turned it on many times, and completely turned off all add-ons, and added site G to trusted sites in the nouscript, and put all the tags in trusted ones, and registered a new account, and even tried old versions of Tor, nothing helps.
