Is it possible to connect a real device to the one emulated in AVR Studio via USB?

For example, there is a USB joystick, in the future it will need to be connected to the created device based on the AVR via USB. Is it possible to access a real USB port from a virtual device and use it during debugging.

This is a bad idea, even if you do not think about feasibility.
There are too many intermediate processing steps, each of which will have its own deviations from reality. Does the device work perfectly on the emulator? Amazing!
And the trembling of the soldering hand, power pickups, parasitic interactions are emulated? :)
Save time and effort - immediately assemble a layout directly, connect to the device via JTAG and debug it from the studio. You will need a chip with JTAG support, you can’t debug any with this method.
