There is a prototype (in the future - a commercial product) - Arduino Pro Mini 3.3v, sensors. Food - from the accumulator 3.7v 150 mAh. How to charge the battery in the finished device from Micro USB?

There are excellent and simple charging modules, something like this geek.kg/mini-usb-li-charger and they cost a penny! Just they are designed to charge from MicroUSB.
