Are there any good books in Russian for learning electronics/robotics?
For different programming languages, you can always find a book like a 1k page 'detailed guide', in which information about the language is systematically presented from simple to complex.
Is there something similar (preferably in Russian, but English will not be a hindrance) on robotics? Starting with the basics and ending with the creation of their mechanisms and schemes. Moreover, it is desirable that most of the information is about the physical side, and not about programming.
And it is even more desirable that these be relatively modern books describing the work with relatively new electronic elements.

Charles Platt Electronics for beginners. On the amp site you can buy a set of parts for the first chapters.
Then I can advise you three sites. ONCE and TWO , and of course habr. I also have such links, but I didn’t use them, they seem to be good, but I didn’t have time yet ONCE , TWO .
As you master the basics of electrical engineering, start learning microcontrollers. Choose either MSP440 or ARM. The first ones consume very little current and a lot of literature from developers in Russian. The second ones are very powerful, very similar to ARM processors in our phones and tablets. But ARM will have problems with a liter in Russian, of course it is, but the original documentation for any one will need to be read.
Also, you will definitely meet AVR microcontrollers. They have a plus in the mass of information in Russian and the stupidity of the MKs themselves, which makes them easy to master. But in my opinion they are irrevocably outdated and studying them is a waste of time, the first two are better.

Is there any literature on robotics not in terms of tools and methods, but specifically about the future of the industry?
From the not very old "Robot Control Devices. Circuitry and Programming, Predko M., - 2004" (by the way, he was advised in one of the above links). The book of the pre-Arduino era is true, so everything is on PIC controllers, but very sensible (imho).
In electronics, Platt C. "Electronics for Beginners" 2014 seems to be not bad, well, something from Arduino, like Ulli Sommer - "Programming Arduino Freeduino microcontroller boards" - 2012.
