What fonts can be exported for TVout on arduino?

Recently, using the TVout lib and two resistors, I connected an arduino to a TV.
I don't want to write fonts by hand, tell me the font format with the simplest structure. I think something like fonts for old computers. I want to write additional A library for TVout to convert fonts, but there is not enough free time for this. I think I'll spend a few days looking for a better format.
