Is it possible to connect a project manager to the server part of boinc?

It is on the desktop client. But in the non-guy server part, I did not find how this can be done.
It would be possible to connect projects separately, but whether there are accounts on unregistered projects, where the manager goes, and if so, how to get access to them, it is not at all clear.
