In other words, ways to monetize Dapps.

  This is if about the creators of the blockchain.
  And if about application developers, then the following options:
  
  • Provision of any service with "smart contracts" (for example, automatic blocking of the front door of a non-extended lease of housing, etc.) and payment according to the tariff for the service.
    
  • Creation of aggregators and/or mediation between clients and buyers. Similarly with any other web (and not only) services.
