I need to make an application for android and ios and windows with android figured out, but they say that ios needs a poppy with xcode. "I have money" but not on mac. Is it possible to put mac os and xcode on a kind and faithful ASUS and Compile for health?

Download a ready-made image of the installed OS X for VMware from the torrent and work in the OS X virtual machine.
No hackintosh or dancing with a tambourine is needed.
