AMD FX6100 overheating?

Quite by accident I discovered a fat jamb - with a constant load on the percentage of over 60%, after about 7 minutes it goes into protection and the computer goes out, as if the light had gone out. Haven't seen this before. More specifically:

Freshly installed Windows 8 9200, not clean, build 13 years old (a couple of wallpapers with ladies and cats are installed, some list of updates that were relevant at the time the build itself was released), accidentally found a disk with me from those times, I decided to install it, because there was no access to the network, and 7, available on another DVD, was already fed up. Previously, this assembly of the 8-ki was placed on the stone Athlon II X2 250 - everything worked just gorgeous. Generally not a fan of assemblies, but that's the situation. After installing the axis itself, already at the stage of installing "all games" and other software, the computer just suddenly turned off, having previously squealed with the CBO system.
CBO - not native, i.e. not a box cooler. Even when buying a mother and a stone, in order to reduce heat and noise, a DeepCool fan was purchased. Always performed the assigned tasks well, except for the loudness.

For verification purposes, I installed AIDA64 and ran a stress test. In idle, the CPU temperature is ~42 degrees. The result is similar to a household task, say, installing ETS2 or MS Office 2013. After about 5 minutes, the computer turned off. At the same time, on the temperature chart, it grows to 89 degrees Celsius. At this point, an emergency shutdown occurs.

What do I think about it. I don't see throttling. Neither hardware nor software. The soft one can be screwed with a proprietary program for the motherboard, but that is a wild crutch that I never used and everything was fine. And in the presence of hardware, I'm not sure, from the word, at all. Never seen anything like this before.
The thermal paste there is relatively fresh, I service the fleet regularly. The temperature in the room is adequate, the case is well ventilated, 2-80mm fans are installed in front for blowing. Always cool and cozy.

So, can the OS itself be to blame for this phenomenon, in the performance of which I was sure up to this point? Cut microcode? Or are there any updates missing? (I don’t really want to bother with this, since there is still no normal access to the network, and the process of installing updates is not very fast). Or is it worth digging towards iron?

Asus M5A97LE 2.0
AMD FX-6100
DeepCool something... Deshman's cooler
8 GB RAM
GTX1050

UPDATE I noticed that when heated, the turns are increased by the case fans, not the processor fan. Very strange

In general, the answer was found pretty quickly.
It's all about the turntable from DeepCool
I got confused, climbed into the sofa with all the PC junk that was gathered there. In a box from this very deep cool, I found a boxed, almost unused cooler. I promptly changed the CBO and voila - in the AIDA64 stress test no more than 60 degrees at an acceptable speed of 2700 units. But how is it, is a boxed cooler really better than a purchased branded one? Apparently yes. As I understand it, it's the number of wires. There are 4 wires on the boxed cooler, only 3 on the deep cooler. Therefore, the first speed is automatically regulated, and the second always has 1528 revolutions. This is how it turns out that when the load on the CPU increases, and the fan does not increase the speed, then we get stupid overheating on the exhaust. Although even so, I still don’t understand why the percentage does not reset the frequency :(
It turns out that from 2017 to this moment I have been sitting on a turntable, which really did not cool anything, and the moment when I launched the installer of one game about shipping, and being repackaged, it made the CPU a little tense and showed a hidden defect.Usually
I don’t force hardware, this computer is generally homemade, sometimes the younger ones play on it, sometimes I play :)
In general, do not repeat my mistakes, when buying a CBO, look at the quality of the turntables and the number of wires. Should be 4 :) Thank you all.

double-check, maybe the radiator is crooked, or, for example, the wire has stopped the cooler blades

Such a situation - "worked normally and did not overheat, and then started" should not be. Definitely look at the pressure of the radiator and fasteners, as well as the performance of the fan itself. At AMD, plastic hooks for the cooler on the socket often break.
