How to set up wds on Asus?

Guys, need help. My neighbor's main tp link router, I have asus rt ac57u v2. Previously, there was an old Asus, he already had a repeater in the firmware in the operating mode. I clicked connected, everything is simple, on the new one there is only a bridge that distributes the Internet over the wire, it works. But I can’t set up WDS so that I can’t set up both Wi-Fi and wired, my neighbor has openvrt firmware on the tplink. I have already added the tplinke address in the asus, and disabled dhcp and wps. The channels and width are the same. I do everything but it doesn't work, please help
