Is it possible to communicate between WireGuard clients in a Star topology?

Greetings.
If you do MESH, then the ping flies to any point. If a star, then only the server pings everyone, but each client can only ping the server.
MESH is not convenient because in the case of "external" connections, there must be static IP addresses around.

Is it possible to force a star to route traffic between clients?

ps WireGuard stands exclusively on Windows
