Reverse VPN or how to get to devices behind TL-WR703N and 3G Modem?

There is a network of several devices connected to the TL-WR703N, they go to the Internet via a 3G modem.
True, when rebooting, the 3G network is not always connected, which is somewhat frustrating, but the main question is:
How to access this network from the outside, given that no one will give white IP devices on 3G devices?
Can the router somehow establish a VPN connection to the home server itself? TL-WR703N is running OpenWRT.

Maybe that's how the question should have been called? What's stopping you from trying?

Try to use services that provide DynDNS, I can recommend NO-IP .
Next, forward the desired port to the desired machine and connect by DNS name.
