Let's say I downloaded the phpBB forum and decided to create my own template based on the ready-made, official prosilver template. I copied it to the next folder and named it differently. Does this count as copyright infringement? But I will change 30-40 percent in it, that is, in appearance it will no longer be prosilver ..
