After converting the forum, the symbol  appeared in the messages. How to remove it?

Converted the forum from SMF to phpbb and in some posts the symbol  appeared. For example:

ARTICLE: Aquarium's New Resident - "Elephant Trunk Snake"

I downloaded the database dump, deleted this symbol everywhere, but now when importing the cleaned database, phpmyadmin gives errors:

Неожиданный символ. (near "\" at position 10)
Ожидалась закрывающая кавычка ". (near "" at position 41676)
Неожиданное начало выражения. (near "ели" at position 0)
Неожиданное начало выражения. (near "это" at position 6)
Неожиданное начало выражения. (near "\" at position 10)
SQL запрос:

ели - это \"перестал есть вообще\".</r>', '', 0, 'QA==', '2ehfdpuf', 1, 0, '', 0, 0, 0, 1, 0, '', 0), (49928, 3841, 16, 1317, 0, '87.224.187.122', 1356713804, 0, 1, 1, 1, 1,

I suspect that some character was automatically replaced by  and without it the database is crumbling. Who has experienced this?
