Hello!
On what forum engine (of particular interest - PHPBB / IPB, but if you know where else it can be done - then write), you can make THEMES have different colors? Is it possible and how to do it at all?
It seems that I saw this functionality somewhere on 'PHPBB, but it's definitely not in the base ones, but in IPB. I don't know at all whether this is possible (using basic methods or ready-made plugins)?

This can probably be done on any engine, but there is hardly such functionality in the base functionality. There is almost certainly a plugin for IPB\vBulletin\XenForo.
