The laptop processor got very hot even in idle time (50 degrees), not to mention games or programs. I read on the forum that through the Windows control panel you can change the power supply of the processor from 100% to 99%. I did just that, the processor has now stopped heating at all (no more than 40 degrees). But is it safe? Maybe now he is not getting enough food or something like that.

50 for a laptop is a cool comfortable temperature. If there is no load 80+ take care to clean it. And so everything is fine with you.
