Which device should a programmer choose?

Good day to all. I am again writing about the choice of device for the third time . For snb, I chose the following devices, coming from a budget of 57 tr.

1. MacBook Pro (2011-2013)
   
2. Hasee Z7M (i7-9750H, GTX 1650, gaming laptop, up to 32GB RAM)
   
3. Honor MagicBook (i5-8250U, MX150, ultrabook, 8GB RAM maximum)
   

All have 8 GB of RAM. I'll add more if possible. At least up to two-channel mode.
What does a programmer need?

• MacOS ( read that for developers - the ideal system )
  

The laptop will be mainly for WEB development. But the university will study desktop software development.

Brain and clear logic.
Which laptop - it doesn't matter.
Further, it depends on the specifics of the tasks the programmer is working on.
The faster the processor, the faster the code compiles.
The more RAM, the more simultaneous background tasks you can run and switch between windows.
It needs hard work using AI - you need the necessary graphics card.

I read that for developers - an ideal system

I read that a square is the same circle, but more "rough".

A programmer needs brains first of all.
We need virtual machines - we need more RAM.
Heavy IDEs are used - you need a faster processor.
Development for iPhone - MacOS
Development for Win - Windows
Development for servers or front-end web - OS is not important.
Etc.
