Is it possible to bind window sizes in Windows (at least for Explorer)?

Good evening.
For example, I poyuzal Snap, the size of the windows went astray, and, worst of all, Windows will remember them and will launch new ones in the same size. Usually I have one window occupies 70-80% of the screen, IDE - 95%. After each such case, I have to manually stretch everything, and this is annoying - an unnecessary, in fact, operation, and there can be 5-6 windows.
Full screen mode is not an option, because it only works for me a couple of applications.
Is it possible to bind a key that would restore all window sizes according to the preset? Perhaps a .bat script? Interested in any implementation methods, thanks.
