Why is the flash drive not visible in the taskbar?

Good day to all! I own two devices, a laptop and a PC. Both w10 are installed there and there, on the w10 PRO PC on the w10 HOME laptop. When I insert a USB flash drive into a laptop, it displays it in the taskbar so that it can be safely removed without any problems. But! When I insert the same flash drive into the PC, he sees the flash drive itself, but the icon does not appear in the taskbar. Well, it’s impossible to remove it safely. When I right-click on the flash drive, there is no eject item there. What to do?
I'm worried about this, because by a flash drive I mean a portable HDD, if you constantly pull it out, thereby making an abrupt stop. I think he "Kryaknet"

For disk devices, you can disable the write cache. Then you can remove the device without first disconnecting.
It is configured in the device manager in the properties of a specific device.
