Is it possible to bind a domain on reg.ru (and, in general, any hoster) to AWS S3?

As you know, by default for binding a domain without www. need to use AWS Route53 ALIAS entry. Do domestic hosters have any opportunities to emulate ALIAS to bind to S3? I don't want to transfer domains from reg.ru to AWS. The main reason: I need to link a lot of domains to a small static site for A / B testing, and AWS takes 50 cents per month for each zone created and the free tier does not apply to route53.
