How to connect the hosting provider cacloud with the purchased imena.ua domain?
Hello, dear, the question, in fact, is a subject, maybe someone worked with this Canadian hosting provider ( https://www.cacloud.com/ ) and fumbles with the nuances of its work, otherwise I registered the server to the hosting domain, but something then it did not find each other =(
Actually, the domain itself is ukrainian-native.com
Thank you, all the rays of goodness :)

If the control panel on cacloud.com has the ability to configure DNS, then you need to create a zone in it (bind the domain name to the IP address of your server), it will also indicate the NS servers that you need to specify in the domain settings on imena.ua . With this scheme, you once specified NS servers in imena.ua, and all further work with zones (creation of subdomains, etc.) goes on the cacloud.com side.
If there is no such setting on caacloud.com (which, in principle, , unlikely) - then in the imena.ua settings you will need to create all zones (A, CNAME, MX, etc.) and specify the server IP address everywhere.
In any of these options, it will take some time to propagate the zone and update the DNS information. Considering that the registrar is in Ukraine, and the hosting is in Canada, the DNS information update can take up to a day - a lot depends on the TTL settings, etc. at both ends.
At the moment, a request to the whois database returns correct information, the cacloud.com NS servers (ns*.caclouddns.com) are registered. So you need to configure on the side of cacloud.com in your control panel (see the first paragraph). In fact, the request to the domain is now correctly sent to the cacloud.com NS servers, but when it arrives there, the request is lost, since there is no zone created on the side of these same NS servers (or it is incorrectly configured), respectively, it is not clear further which server (IP -address) send a request.
