Why is the site not accessible within the local network?

Hello. We have our own local network, and now the question arose of publishing the company's website. Decided to publish on hosting. The domain is linked to hosting. DNS delegated to Yandex. But inside the local network I do not ping / do not get to the site. The site inside responds only to the IP address. From the outside, everything is fine. Gentlemen, can you tell me which way to look? Thank you in advance.
