How to put a certificate on a subdomain of a domain that is delegated to another hosting?

There are two hosting Russian ( hereinafter RH ) and German ( hereinafter DH ).
The domain is delegated to DH, but Ip on *.domain.name, ftp, domain.name are directed to Ip RH.
When using Let's Encrypt certification on RH for a domain, everything works, but for its subdomains it does not work, when trying to use Wildcard it gives an error, since DNS is being checked.
And the question is whether there is a way to certify a domain and subdomains without transferring the file system to DH. Even if it is a paid certificate, I just need to know that this method is working.

The issuance of Wildcard certificates in Lets Encrypt has nothing to do with the ip of the servers.
During DNS validation, 2 consecutive DNS TXT records with unique codes are created there.

"Domain delegated to DH" - do you have an authoritative DNS master server on DH? If yes, then in the domain zone file (the one that is physically located on DH), write 2 text entries that Letsencrypt will send you for validation and reload the zone. Letsencrypt will check for these entries and issue a certificate.
If not - how to understand the words "domain delegated"?
It makes no sense to write to any hoster, you can validate a domain using DNS from any computer, the main thing is that at that moment you have access to your DNS server or to the domain registrant's office if it is hosted on its DNS servers
