Is it possible to become a programmer at 30?

By education in electronics, I have good experience in programming microcontrollers. Development and connection of digital systems, secrets for cars, a smart home system for + a simple Java server, + a simple Android application.
The level of payment is not of interest yet, tk. have passive income.
