Is it possible to automatically substitute the recipient's name when replying to a message?

If I received a letter from "Nikolai Petrov", I want to have the first line "Nikolai, hello!" filled in when I click the answer button.
Note. I use the web interface in Chrome, I'm not going to change the client.
