Greetings. I used several programs on Android, with which you fill in a flight (wasting time), data and waiting for the gate program, flight changes, and so on. NEVER have such programs helped me.
And now GMail has a functionality when it understands that air tickets have arrived, so it creates an event in the Calendar, and Google Now often prompts the boarding gate, cancellation or flight delay.
Now I'm flying with a tour operator, 2 flights with connections there and back. I downloaded the flights from their site, so GMail doesn't know about them.
How to slip him tickets so that he creates an event? Sent by mail - does not see. The air ticket is complicated, it's a voucher.

Try to copy the text of the voucher (ticket) and send it to yourself in a simple letter. Not as an investment. Or send yourself from another mailbox, not from gmail.
