The employer assigns labels to letters on his computer, the performer, depending on the degree of completion on another computer, must change these labels. But for some reason, the tags are not synchronized between machines. How to set it up?

I had about the same task, I did not find a solution, as a result I raised the Zimbra server and transplanted users to the web interface.
Unfortunately, desktop email clients are a thing of the past.
