Is it possible to authorize in Windows with an RFID card without third-party software?

Is it possible to authorize in windows 7 with an RFID (proximity) card (using an RFID reader) of type 4100 (4001) without using third-party software (or using free software).
Windows has the ability to authorize with a smart card, but I'm afraid that such a card is not a smart card and this will not work with this reader.
Here is an example of such a reader on sale:

@Spetros

In your case, it is only possible if the user's password matches the card ID.
