Is it possible in VestaCP to configure a package separately for a user?

I want to leave ISPmanager and switch to VestaCP. But the question arises: is it possible to use separate packages for each user (the number of domains is different for everyone, everything else is unlimited)? Or do you have to write the functionality yourself? Are there any plugins? Or will you have to farm?

In fact, the panels are an extra add-on that takes resources and worsens security. I recommend taking a closer look at Ansible. It may seem difficult at first, but once you write scripts, you can deploy servers with all your users and their settings on any hosting in a matter of minutes. A bunch of ready-made scripts at https://galaxy.ansible.com/
