Is it possible for Junior QA (Tester) to get a full-time job in Western Europe (with relocation)? Maybe someone has their own experience or observed the experience of a colleague / subordinate? I will add that my education is not technical at all ...
We do not take into account the language and legal issue (visa).

It's easy to just go and get a job if you have. You have an excellent command of the language and have a work visa.
