Is it normal that a new dell hard drive is already NTFS partitioned?
Ordered an original dell (Sata) hard drive. I look at it with the crystaldiskinfo program - it showed that the disk was turned on 10 times, the total operating time was 4 hours. plus the disk already had an ntfs file system.
I unpack a 100% new WD hard drive, plug it in. I'm looking at the same specs. included 2 times the total operating time 0. and, accordingly, no file system. unallocated area.
We order another original dell hard drive. I connect - 7 times turned on 4 hours of work. and again the ntfs disk.
Tell me this is a feature of dell disks that they immediately go with the file system, plus an operating time of 4 hours. or is the supplier deceiving us?

I would twitch the supplier, because at the factory the run time counter is reset after the tests.
