How normal is this temperature?

Hello.
Recently I bought myself a Dell Vostro 5568 ultrabook, everything seems to be fine, but after the system unit the temperatures are somehow alarming. In idle, the temperature fluctuates from 42 to 50 degrees, when watching a video it reaches 65 and in full load max. indicator is 76 degrees. The cooler, as I noticed, turns on only at temperatures above 70 degrees, although sometimes I notice that it rustles quietly even at lower temperatures. I took the confidence that most of the time it is not active from Aida, where the cooler speed indicator periodically disappears.
And all this despite the fact that this laptop has a far from top-end and seems to be an energy-saving Core i5 7200U processor.
All the same, I would like to know the opinion of those who constantly use a laptop or ultrabook in their work, it’s just interesting if now it gives out such indicators, then how it will behave in the summer heat. All the same, the most frequently failing components of a laptop are a hard drive and processors, and if I secured the first one myself by fully using an SSD, then I would like to hear the opinion of other knowledgeable people about the second.

Normal temperature is 30 degrees in idle and 50-60 under load. But do not sell the same laptop because of this! Check if you have a passive cooling mode. It is important that the ultrabook stands on a smooth, even, solid surface with gaps of 5-10 centimeters along the edges.
As I did on my top-end computer: I cut down 5 cores out of 8, or rather, set the voltage limit on them. Now everything flies like before, but the temperature does not go off scale.

blah blah blah, dust, thermal paste and other useless tips
