You are confusing #opu with a finger. There are rules for using the service, which you accept when you start working with it. If you break these rules, you will be banned. On advanced sites, there are special systems for detecting such “wise men”, because of which the captcha becomes more and more difficult.
And there is the legislation of your country, for the violation of which you will be what is written in it :)
