Is it legal to use Lingvo dictionaries in GoldenDict?

There was a desire to acquire local dictionaries for GoldenDict. The best option seems to be using dictionaries from Lingvo. I am ready to buy Lingvo, but only if the use of their dictionaries in GoldenDict is legal. Because the price even for the basic version is quite tangible, I would like to clarify in advance the moment of the legitimacy of using dictionaries in a third-party program. Enlighten who is exactly aware of the issue.
