What kind of mailing service do you use. Basically, block editors for all services now create a version for mobile phones right away, adjusting the blocks in your letter to small screens. But in order for your email campaign to be fully adaptive for different screens and look beautiful in different browsers, you most likely need a separate service. For example, Litmus that you specified or Email on Acid, EmailPreviewServices.
