The essence of the problem: I want to be able to change the status of the CRM entity (Bitrix24) in case of reading the sent letter. To do this, you need some kind of tracking pixel script. If you use one from GA, is it possible to get information about the event from it (or from the GA system itself) in order to send it to Bitrix? I don’t know for sure about the GA pixel, most likely it can’t be done that way. An alternative solution is to use a mailing service that supports open webhooks, such as mailgun.com .
Another alternative solution is to use any mailing service with api to send letters (there are more of them than those with support for webhooks) and write a script that will query and update the status of all your contacts from CRM at the frequency you need.
