Hello, is it possible in any way to make your own "reply" button in the letter, similar in action to the built-in mail service / client? It will be even better if at the same time it will be possible to substitute the desired address in the "to" field.

Any link (text, image, button) can be set to mailto: as the value of the href attribute, and mailto: supports "to whom", the subject of the letter, and even the content of the letter itself:
mailto:[email protected]?subject=mail subject&body= message

You can do anything, but if the client has an auto-convert to plain text or a prohibition of links, instead of a button, he will see either html tags (or whatever you will do there) or nothing.
