Email client with email templates?

Please tell me what is under Linux like The Bat? We really need letter templates with auto-insertion of the current date, as well as indicating the subject, recipients (including copies) and the template text of the letter. In the usual Thunderbird, which under Linux seems to be the most popular, I did not find this.
PS I'm not going to spam anyone - I need to send reports to the authorities regularly.
