Is it difficult to write a vk bot?

To be honest, I don’t know how it’s even called a bot or not a bot, in general, is it difficult to write such a thing that it steals pictures from different groups and puts it in the news in one group, let’s say it’s on a timer or just throw it on the wall right away. There is no experience in such things.
