Is it dangerous to turn the computer off and on often?

I often get stuck in one game. Therefore, I often turn off and turn on the processor (sometimes several times in one hour). Is it dangerous?

No, it's not dangerous. However, if the game "gets stuck", you need to test all the hardware, especially the memory. Perhaps that's the point.

Switching on and off are transients :) And as we were taught - "the light bulb burns out precisely in the process of switching on and off." Now, of course, there are no such bulbs anymore ... but the transients are still the same - and the failure of devices usually occurs at this very moment.
I would try to figure out why the problems with the game.

Call the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and End the game task. Or try ALT + TAB, leave the game and turn it off with a cross without restarting the computer.
