This Seagate already has over 3,000 reassigned sectors. This is a bad sign. There is a chance it will only get worse. It is better to remove everything important from it and use it only for movies, torrents and other things.

Quick scan won't tell you anything. It is necessary to subtract the entire surface of the disk.
