Is ext2fsd compatible with WindowsXP x86-64?

Is it possible to make Ext2Mgr work correctly under WindowsXP64 / Windows Server 2003 x86_64?
The package contains only 32-bit Ext2Mgr. If you run it without installing a driver, it works correctly, displays a working window, you can assign letters to disk partitions and a code page, only the file system type is not visible. If you run with the driver installed, it hangs stupidly in memory without displaying the window. And you can remove it after that only through the Task Manager. After uninstalling the driver, Ext2Mgr starts normally again.
Assigned letters when the driver is installed in Explorer are displayed correctly, you can open the volume and read the files.
Question: how to treat? Could this be related to the peculiarities of WFP under WinXP64? And where does Ext2Mgr store the code page in the registry for each mounted volume?

I don't understand what is the difficulty in reading the description:

Ext2Fsd Project
Open source ext3/4 file system driver for Windows (2K/XP/WIN7/WIN8)

Then go to the FAQ aka FAQ and read a little more, all of a sudden (!) the very first couple of questions and answers:
FAQ
------------------------------------------------- -----------------------
Q) What systems could Ext2Fsd 0.50 support
A) Windows 2000, xp, 2003, Vista, Win7 (X86, AMD64)
Windows NT 4.0 is no longer supported.
My stress test systems:
Win7 AMD64/X86, Vista AMD64, XP pro X86, Win2k SP4

Well, for understanding - Windows XP x64 - "actually", is a renamed (and slightly modified for desktop PCs) Windows Server 2003 x64.
