How to customize the taskbar in win7?

Good day.
If anyone knows, tell me how to hide the taskbar normally?
What I have:
the taskbar hides automatically, but still there is a small strip (a couple of pixels wide), which is annoying. Also, the delay before the appearance (after hovering over) is too small, I want to increase it.
What I want:
so that the taskbar hides automatically ( completely ) and appears either when you press the win key, or after hovering over the area where the taskbar should be (after some delay, of course, to avoid accidents).
