Through which program can I resize volumes on the HDD (on the same OS)?
What program can redistribute volume sizes (create a new one from the free space of another) on an HDD with existing files and OS, without losing data?

acronis disk director 12 - the last time I used this program, I transferred a few gigs from one disk to another)
a time-tested thing, use
Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management.
Well, or just compmgmt.msc.
All this is implemented there - change the size of volumes, make a raid out of them, whatever you like.
Everything is done on the fly, without data loss.
But I do not recommend Acronis. Here is the reason. This is not my only problem with him, and according to his friend, Windows somehow crashed after formatting an external (!) Hard drive.
Try the MiniTool Partiton Wizard. In terms of functionality, it is almost indistinguishable.
Yes, it doesn’t matter what, even an acronym is a disk director, even a paragon is a disk manager, even minitools.
But if the data is dear to you, a backup is required. The program can screw up, or the housing office electrician will pull the switch at the most inopportune moment ...
